Refund policy
Refunds or exchanges are only accepted for up to 5 days from time of receipt. We require that customers use the contact form for any problems/defects with merchandise within 5 days of receiving. If returning or exchanging, items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts enclosed. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your return or exchange. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the criteria. Credit will not be given until merchandise has been reviewed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange. - Order Number
- Email the order was made with
- Your request
- A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
